The Bill authorizing this $30 billion hasn’t even been written yet, but even from the general outlines Biden gave, half or more will be money going to US Fed.gov programs, State Department, etc...
Some will go to Ukraine, but even that will be filtered through US Government, the military-industrial complex, and its cronies.
Its just more “walking around” money.
