VLADIMIR Putin appeared confused and out of breath as he wheezed his way through his latest speech, threatening the West with nuclear weapons.
The Russian president seemed to struggle to catch his breath and paused several times during the address to politicians, stumbling over his words and looking exhausted.
At one stage, he appears breathless and stuttering, while on two other occasions, he seems to take quick gasps for air.

I am lousy with posting images on this site, somebody have a look around, there’s a GIF that I saw on another forum which is an old-fashioned family photo of father Stalin, mother Hitler and infant Vlad. It is rather funny.
Anyway, back in this thread, that Fangushev guy who might take over if Vlad is “under the weather” looks like a piece of work. I think I would prefer Vlad over that dude.

I think people are desperate for bad news about Putin’s health and personal life, but in every speech I’ve heard him give in the recent weeks and months it shows he is on top of it mentally, unlike many of our own politicians. He seems as fit and as confident as I’ve ever seen him. He is projecting man who is winning, not loosing.
It would be more honest to show pictures of modern-day Stalingrad (now Volgograd). It, too, was destroyed in the Second World War.

Something to consider.
They have the resources. But not the ability to extract them economically. It’s the largest country in the world with half the population of the US.
