What is there to not love about a vehicle with a 50 mile range in winter?

There are three 250 kW electric motors, which combined give you 1,000 horsepower and 1200 lb-ft of torque. So despite weighing over 9,000 lbs [...]What?! No reactive armor?!
Why would anyone need this?

I wonder how much longer they'll allow us to buy things
To: SunkenCiv
considering it weighs nearly as much as all three of cars that I own combined Then they'll need to pay 3 times more in road taxes.

"It’s not a gimmick, it’s really quick, and it’s really capable off-road." Look at some serious off road activities like Moab, Rubicon trail, etc. Those Jeeps and FJs all have spare gas cans strapped to their racks for one purpose only...in case they need to be recharged. IMHO, being, "really capable off-road," means sustaining a couple days on the trails with what you got. Will this sustain its charge long enough to do that? It would be bad enough to lose your charge sitting in a traffic jam on a cold day in the city. I can't imagine losing it in a serious trail ride miles from civilization.
