Disney has been branded hypocritical for publicly condemning Florida's so-called 'Don't Say Gay' bill despite voluntarily cutting 'overtly gay affection' from its films to appease homophobic foreign governments.
DailyMail.com can reveal at least four recent feature films were altered to appease the views of leadership in China, Russia and the Middle East.
Lightyear, an upcoming Pixar film depicting the origin story of Toy Story character Buzz Lightyear, was under fire after studio executives chose to cut a same-sex kissing scene from the movie.
The film - although focused around the character of Buzz Lightyear, who is voiced by Captain America actor Chris Evans - reportedly features a female character, Hawthorne, who is in a relationship with another woman.
Sources close to the production told Variety that while Hawthorne's relationship was never questioned, studio execs opted to axe the kiss in an apparent move to avoid controversy.
However, production insiders allege the kiss was reinstated after Disney employees called on the entertainment company to take action against HB 1557.
'Even if creating LGBTQIA+ content was the answer to fixing the discriminatory legislation in the world, we are barred from creating it,' the Pixar employees penned in their March 9 letter. 'Beyond the "inspiring content" we are allowed to create, we demand action.'

I wish you could get those versions in the US. And it’s not because I’m homophobic. It’s because I don’t like watching sexual perversion in movies.
I actually tried to give the “live action” version of Cowboy bebop, until the lesbian scene. I turned it off and didn’t go back. Not interested. And since it’s entertainment, I have that right.
You not only have to accept LGBTQXYZ idiocy, you have to love it, promote it, embrace it, defend it and do it.
There is no way to please the Globohomo. There is never enough praise to heap on the perversion.
These people are so self absorbed they probly have no idea how fortunate they are that the US is so tolerant of them.

Just because you have a natural aversion to the homo way does not mean you treat them with hate. But you do have a right to find the whole movement of forcing this perversion on people disgusts you.
Men and women were fashioned as they are by God to compliment each other in body.
It is sad we have to qualify ourselves as not being homophobic in order to express our aversion to what is not normal to us. You “turned away” because what you saw in that lesbian scene wasn’t right to you.

Many years ago when Titanic was hot there was a company in Utah that would remove the nude scenes for people. People would send the tape and then get it back edited. James Cameron and other Hollywood freaks got all upset about how this company was ruining their “art”.
Then when Titanic was shown on TV Cameron was fine with removing the exact same scene. Cameron was only upset earlier because he wasn’t getting any of the money. That’s all that matters to those people. Money.

Exactly! And since watching movies is not my “job” and something I do for entertainment, I avoid stuff that is not enjoyable. That being said, I sometimes do watch documentaries or read books that challenge my world view. I think that is healthy.
But sometimes they only solidify my beliefs. That is, after making their case, I find their logic wanting.
