There are many people who have never gotten COVID-19, despite repeated exposure. At the other extreme, there are lots who’ve gotten sick from the coronavirus more than once, despite being vaccinated and even boosted.
Do we know why?
A lot of factors are at play, experts said, including genetics and variations in immune response. Scientists are working towards finding a clear answer.
There’s a difference between people who can never catch COVID, despite exposure, and those who are able to clear it out of their systems without ever knowing they had it. If this second category of people tested regularly, they might show positive for a day or two. Different factors are likely at play between the two groups.
"It’s so messy,” Dr. Julie Parsonnet, an infectious disease specialist at Stanford University. “We don’t know how to differentiate between whether you’re just lucky, really careful or if genetically something is different.”
In one study, conducted in early 2021 and known as the human challenge study, 36 healthy young adult volunteers — none of whom had been vaccinated or previously infected — were deliberately given the virus that causes COVID-19 in their noses and tested frequently afterward to track infection. Remarkably, nearly half never got infected at all.

Funny that you offended some of the "fake vaccine" proponents with your comment. That was my first reaction as well and I was going to respond the same way but you beat me to it. The people who responded negatively gave me a laugh.
Every person I know who has tested positive for Covid recently has been “fully vaccinated” and “fully boosted” which currently means four jabs.
The fake vaccines do a number on your immune system and one is far more likely to get sick from anything. Covid which is now endemic in our society and is the least of their worries.
If you had a cough, sore throat, and runny nose recently chances are you did or would have tested positive. If you were just feeling run down for any reason and you have been vaxed, chances did or would have tested positive. It is a basically meaningless test result. When someone tells me they have been feeling this way... I asked them if they have been vaxed... Somewhere between 9 times out of 10 and 99 times out of 100 they say they have been. What a surprise! LOL!
The only thing "fake vax" proponents now have to keep the panic going is to continue counting people who are in the hospital who are sick, injured, and even dying from serious problems who test positive, as Covid victims. Even Fauxi and the head of the CDC, Rochelle Walensky have admitted this and said the statistics are skewed and give a false impression. But they are going to try and use this false impression to cheat in the next election... again.
It is worth repeating again that over 75% of people who died "with Covid" during the "pandemic" had four or more serious "comorbidities" up to and including gunshots, stabbings, motorcycle accidents and probably severed heads. Never in my life have I seen anything like the Covid propaganda campaign. And we still have a large cabal of people here who call themselves conservatives and believe that they are deep thinkers who have bought 100% into it. You cannot make this stuff up!
Sounds like they are planning to cull the herd. Use your genes to determine whether or not you get food, shelter, etc. And then when fauci and his wuhan minions finish splicing the furin cleavage into the bird flu. look out free people everywhere.

I had COVID early on. My lungs post COVID are jacked. It depleted my adrenal system, too, until my doctor boosted it with hormones. Thankfully, I’m off the inhalers now, but this bioweapon took years off my life.

Yeah dying WITH covid and dying FROM covidare certainly two different things and is also a distinction pro covid shot folks would rather not discuss.
My next door neighbor is in the medical field and has had who knows how many shots...she also caught covid TWICE....What?!

I am sorry to hear about your terrible experience. Were you on a ventilator and were you given Remdesivir, VEKLURY, or one of the related antivirals?
My county covid website says only about 1 in 9 or 10 people that were forced to quarantine actually came down with covid.
The biggest farce in this whole covid drama was the complete disregard for natural immunity, which has been proven in numerous real scientific studies to be superior to the vaccine.
Can’t read the article due to a paywall. So I don’t know if these experts left out the bacteria populations aboard each person. The differences in the types of little creatures running the show in each person’s body may be a huge factor. Of course vitamin and mineral deficiencies and diet will change a person. Genetics plus epigenetics (the way your individual behavior literally affects your genes) makes us all unique.
I have taken vitamin d3 with k2 for many years in therapeutic amounts. Plus other vitamins and minerals. I still got covid in 2020. It was rough with the pain but I kept it out of my lungs by nebulizing. I upped my d even higher while I was sick. It wasn’t fun but it also wasn’t as bad as the h1n1 I almost died from in 09 before I discovered d3.

That certainly is a possibility. They call them conspiracy theories and demand that we prove them. We should be demanding that they prove their facts and stop withholding information, and give us information that isn’t manufactured!
