Exactly. Also, you don't need an accountant or attorney to set up a LLC. It is the easiest to create with the same liability protection of a corporation. Did this ass even graduate high school? Does he not have a computer and printer.
Because of the nature of my business, I used a CPA and his company did my returns for over 30 years...he was well worth every penny.
