FReepers, it is Earth Day! For Earth Hour, let's be sure to fire up our barbecues with some good red meat. Turn up the a/c inside and let those festive lights blaze. Perhaps take a long sightseeing drive. Celebrate!!

I was going to burn a tire but it is red flag warning and high winds.
Everything I would normally stick in my smoker has doubled in cost. Happy Inflation Day.
At 4:20 PM Pacific Time I’ll be broiling a rib eye, smoking a cigar, drinking a glass of Texas bourbon, and idling my gas-powered lawn mower just for the hell of it.
My neighbor/buddy does that on cloudy days so the black smoke isn’t as obvious.
I just got back inside from a nice fire at my firepit.

I’m going to celebrate by turning on every light in the house and firing up my chainsaw. I could also pull out my generator and fire that up for a while. And also start all three motorcycles and let them idle for a while. And I still have some Roundup. I could spray that on the weeds. Kewl. Lots to do tonight. Oh yeah. And spray some weed-be-gone around also.
Will probably assemble one of my Polish martini'sTM to wash it down with.

8 green olives

Do NOT "lather, rinse, repeat" without ensuring you have someone else to drive you if you need to go somewhere afterwards.
My HVAC is gonna get confused. Dual zone so I was gonna crank the heat up on one thermostat to 85 and on the other one down to 60. I don’t think the control module would like that. Alternately, lower both to 60 and when they get there, crank it up to 85. Repeat as needed. Maybe some tractor tires in the backyard for smores?
