The handyman lover charged Thursday in the vicious stabbing of Queens mom Orsolya Gaal is also married with two children, police sources told The Post.
David Bonola — who carried out an on-and-off affair with his alleged victim for the last two years — is separated from his wife, who also lives in Queens, the sources said.
The 44-year-old Richmond Hills resident — who bears a striking resemblance to Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash — works as a heating and air conditioning repairman.
He took up with the also-married Gaal, 51, after doing several jobs at her family’s comfortable Tudor-Style home on Juno Street, the sources said.
They had re-sparked their relationship earlier this month, just to break up again — and Bonola “came back … to speak about the relationship again” at around 12:30 a.m. Saturday, NYPD Chief Julie Morrill, who led the investigation, told reporters Thursday.
He was either let inside by Gaal, or used a key he knew about that was hidden in a barbecue, police said.
The ex-lovers got into an argument and Bonola allegedly flew into a rage — stabbing Gaal nearly 60 times in the basement with a knife from her kitchen.
Bonola, who police said came to the US from Mexico about 21 years ago, appears to have been an aspiring filmmaker who studied at the New York School of Interior Design before he allegedly turned murderous.

Another White Hispanic I suppose
Well, I hope the momentary pleasure was worth it. /s
“stabbing Gaal nearly 60 times”
Not one of those cold blooded killers.

The guy looks to me like a kind of nutty failure, that is, a basically handsome (leaving off the weird mane), moderately talented and probably personable guy who never really got anywhere in life because he was busy capitalizing on his “talents”...but we won’t go there.
I think she was probably a little bored, since it sounds like her husband traveled a lot and her kids were getting old enough not to need her 24/7. She had been a businesswoman and seems to have been doing some board and non-profit stuff, but obviously not anything that really grabbed her.
I almost wonder if hadn’t taken the affair more seriously than she did. Hell may have no fury worse than a woman scorned...unless it’s a man dismissed, in which case the woman may be in serious danger.
Just the facts of life, folks. Race and ethnicity had nothing to do with this. It’s the classic story of man and woman.
He is an illegal alien from Mexico, along with his illegal alien wife and anchor babies. ALL OF THEM NEED TO BE DEPORTED (IN A BOX)!
The wages of sin is death
Adultary is a major sin.
Yep looks like the classic bored house wife screwing around with the Latin lover pool guy while the bland, disengaged hubby stays late at the office. The he flips out when she reminds him he’s just a blue collar boy toy.
Lost interest when I found out she was just another filthy whore, and I feel even less sympathy for her now that I know she was having carnal relations with an illegal.
Classy woman decides to bottom feed. Gets cut up.
That’s kinda what I thought too.
It is. The flesh is a fearsome opponent.
The wages of sin is death
Adultary is a major sin.

And yet nothing happens to the Clintons, Soros, Bezos, Gates, etc…
A little bored or being neglected. If her husband travels a lot, money down says he’s also been cheating.
Pu*sy can drive a man crazy.
That’s why there used to be rules.
“Adultary is a major sin.”
So is not knowing how to spell “Adultery”

I’m sure. It’s kind of the age-old story.
I remember that in 6th grade in NYC they taught us the highly inappropriate folksong “Frankie and Johnny.” I don’t remember which one was the girl. After the song declares that they were lovers, it goes on to say she took out a gun and shot him dead...because he was cheating on her. “He was her man but he done her wrong.”
This was in 6th grade, so don’t blame me. Still, I grew up perfectly normal but I realized that jealousy could be dangerous...
