Why can't the attendees just drive a car or take a taxi to the festival?
Here's a clue - if you're waiting in the sun for hours in order to catch a bus, you aren't important:
Revolve Festival also had a roster of celebrities turn up — though none of them would have had to take the buses.
This one has a long way to go to match the pure degradation of the Fyre festival. Styrofoam containers of two slices of bread and a single slice of processed cheese posing as "gourmet meals cooked by celebrity chefs" are a darn tough standard to meet. I shall shed a tear for the Beautiful People. OK, I'm done.
Typical of the shallow, self-absorbed.
Didn’t this happen before, about three years or so ago? Seems I recall a bunch of self-absorbed kids being all up in arms about some event or other. I remember sandwiches in Styrofoam containers were involved, along with waiting for something for hours.
The timing suggests that this event is intended as a pagan alternative to Easter.
I went to the link. Every picture is just some whore...
“There are also reports of fights and screaming, with attendees arguing that they were more ‘important’ and should be allowed on buses first once they arrived”
not women, children, elderly and the ill first, but “I’M THE MOST IMPORTANT!” ...
“a security guard who said: ‘I don’t know who the F these people are. I don’t who is actually important and who is lying, or if any of them are important.’”
really, NONE of them are “important” if they’re waiting for a bus in the hot sun and the security guards never heard of any of them ...
An event full of narcissistic wannabe “influencers.” What could go wrong?
Some complained of 'pushing, shoving, and shouting' as influencers fought for spaces on buses when they finally did arrive - prompting comparisons to.....the dystopian Hunger Games series.
It’s a travesty that those “influencers” had to wait a whole two hours for a shuttle bus. Oh, the horrors. Didn’t they know ‘who’ those influencers were?
Maybe they were trying for notoriety, like an “Altamont Free Concert II”.
