On a history lesson....around fourteen years ago, the voting machine folks came to Germany to sell their product. Lot of hype, and the trend was going that way.
So the hacker group ‘Chaos’ came up and said...why don’t you allow us an hour or two? So an agreed test period (I think it was less than 3 hours). They hacked it in various ways. As far as I know...Chaos even told the computer machine folks the weaknesses that they put into the system.
German authorities then turned to the voting machine folks and said ‘no....we don’t need the hassle’.

We reported it live here on FR. Tina online saying she is making a backup before heading to office of SOS from summons. Then awhile later she reports indicated the machine had some changes made, and the news was already accusing her of tampering with it ... all in the span of a few hours.
What's to argue with? The evidence is there for anyone to parse out. Mike Lindell had thousands of computer entries carefully documenting the consequences of those voting machines being connected to the internet. Not ONE court of law would allow that evidence, while the mockingbird media chirped that 'there was no evidence of election fraud'!
With precious little correction of this unlawful activity, the implications for the November elections this year - which so many pundits predict will be a 'Red Wave' - are depressingly predictable.
Does Nancy Pelosi appear frightened of losing the Speaker's seat? Instead, she is strengthening her control of her new {unconstitutional} secret police - the Capitol Police. Those hunted down and prosecuted Trump demonstrators from January 06 - the FBI's largest investigation task force in history - are being held in D.C. municipal jail or in obscure regional prisons where they are tortured, abused and held in solitary confinement; they often remain uncharged, without bail, without trial dates... without Nancy Pelosi's name ever being mentioned.
Do the 'Rats appear desperate to correct their grossly unpopular autocratic agenda? ...facilitated by no majority in the Senate and a meager majority in the House {but taken as a mandate to overthrow the Constitution} ...have their lies and cover-up by their lackey media abated any? has the reconstituted do-nothing Whig Party {once Republican} set up a vigorous resistance? ...are those opposed to all of this afraid of being charged with sedition?
I pray that this November's election will be a fair and honest; it is difficult to be optimistic.

I missed this when it was originally posted and I want to study it.
I’ve got 8 years of hands on experience with Oracle and another 15 years with SQL Server. As well as data warehousing and transactional processing.
I glanced through this and there isn’t anything in the doc that is over my head. But unfortunately, it is put together in a difficult way to digest (which doesn’t help the cause) and will just take time to wade through.
I’ve seen a lot of systems marketed to govt entities. Everything from HR and claims processing, timesheet recording, to property appraisal. By in large - these systems, the applications, suck. They are poorly written because they were poorly designed and corners were cut to meet a budget. I’ve seen systems creatively use temp tables, hold back data base commits all in some hack way because the programmers didn’t take the time to properly code things. In other words, they’re all kinds of hacks that look strange. That doesn’t necessarily mean anything was deliberately written to perform some nefarious activity, it just means they are not exactly prime time material.
Up to now, having read hundreds of articles, blogs and such, and having looked at dozens of videos, the one thing that really has bothered me is the admin adjudication part.
When the GOPe no longer needs them to steal primaries.

The looked at two counties. General and then some local election. Im still trying to figure out how this could get so screwed up. There are two main problems.

Database is set up/created. This includes a tabulation DB and a adjudication DB.
October 19
Ballot Scanning begins.

From record or system timestamps in the DB, from 12:07:44 PM to 12:08:28 PM, 10 batches with 941 ballots are processed. A world record. The actual time to process, based on the automation rate, should have been 564 seconds.
No one knew or understood that the records, the entry, when the record hit the DB, a timestamp (date time) was inserted showing when the record hit.
267 batches with 25,913 ballots are processed until October 21.

This is believed to happen when someone stops and restarts the adjudication. At least that’s what the document suggests.

209 batches are copied into the “new” database. They know they were not rescanned because of the super short duration (4 seconds each) which is impossible for physically processed. Thats not important, but this is....
(Problem #3) this is a big problem...
it appears some (batches 2-59) of the previously adjudicated ballots never made it to the new database.
Officials began to have issues. Someone notices something is off.

Dominion contacted
Person from Dominion said they didn’t have a solution to the problem. BUT, the issue went away. No one knew what happened.
So they had to redo some of the batches. They know some 209 batches were processed twice.
HERE IS THE BIGGER PROBLEM. Same set of 209 batches:
First pass through, 2,166 ballots were tagged (by Dominion) for manual adjudication.
The second time through, 965 ballots were tagged (by Dominion) for manual adjudication.
WTF is the difference? No one can explain that. It’s the same set of batches, only one has less flagged now for adjudication.
This accounts for 25% of the ballots for the county.
Are you ready for this BS? I didn’t do through it all yet. but looking at the next example county.

To summarize, SAME THING. Second DB created, and the number of adjudicated ballots changed when processed a second time. 339 the fist time, 39 the second time once copied into the “second” DB. (see page 23 at the link)
That doesn’t make sense. Programs just dont randomly decide what to reject and what not to. Something is really off.
