This is something -
That data Michael Sussmann passed to the CIA in 2017?
The CIA concluded it was not "technically plausible" and was "user created and not machine/tool generated"
Durham has granted immunity to "Researcher-2" - identified as David Dagon.
Dagon raised concerns to Sussmann that the Trump data "was being unlawfully collected and used"
There's more. It's big.
Trial immunity is granted to Christopher Steele.
The issue: Whether Sussmann was "was acting on behalf of the Clinton Campaign when he assembled and conveyed the Russian Bank-1 allegations"

Tell us when the last person convicted of treason was executed.
It may be more likely that we see our crooked leaders hanging from lamp posts than another Presidential election - depending on the midterms.
One can only hope.
Usually, he would have to make a proffer to the government.
I was granted use immunity to testify to a Federal Grand Jury once, only after my proffer was accepted and I was warned that if my testimony did not conform to the proffer, I would be charged with perjury.
” A lot of talk and nothing else.”
Not certain why you have this opinion since Sussman is going to trial on May 16.

“Hey, Christopher, this is Hillary. Can you meet me at Ft Marcy Park? I have something for you.”
Where was David Dagon for five years?
He could have told ALL OF US, NOT JUST SOME, that the material in the Sussman/Steele “report” was NOT CREDIBLE.
All that has transpired is a colossal waste of taxpayers money that has made DC Beltway lawyers rich as kings.
Treason in this case, probably not. Sedition and conspiracy to commit sedition, most assuredly. That would be the charge if I were the prosecutor.
IWO’s if Chistopher Steele takes the stand and strays from his proffer he will be in prison for a very long time.
Durham needs Sussman to roll over. If he does then there will be a conspiracy case against Hillary’s closest confidants if not Hillary herself. Durham has been grinding slow but sure. Question is does Sussman face enough danger that he will flip? It is a Democrat judge and doubt the guy will give Sussman actual jail time for lying to the FBI. That is a punishment reserved for Republicans. Still Sussman is likely to be disbarred and face a civil lawsuit if he is convicted that could absolutely ruin him financially. He could face that even if he is not convicted.
I expect he will cop a plea, but you never know with liberals. Most of them are as crazy as they are crooked.
August 18, 2021 – Daniel Jones namedrops Rodney Joffe in Alfa Bank deposition
September 16, 2021 – Durham probes pentagon computer contractors in anti-Trump conspiracy
The New York Times writes their own Durham/Sussmann narrative:
Court Filing Started a Furor in Right-Wing Outlets, but Their Narrative Is Off Track
Perform activity on client’s behalf.
Create and submit invoice for said activity the next day.
No, there’s no possible connection.
The Perkins Coie law firm is the real key to everything. You get them indicted on a conspiracy charge you can breech lawyer client privilege and then you can just maybe get Hillary herself. You certainly get her campaign and the DNC. The money all flowed through the law firm and that is money laundering plus conspiracy and you are talking real jail time and huge forfeitures not to mention Trump and his campaign and possibly even the Justice Department bringing civil suits against everyone involved. If Sussman flips he is probably going to need the witness protection program.
I expect he will cop a plea, but you never know with liberals. Most of them are as crazy as they are crooked."
I expect Sussmann to plea to lesser charges but he won't reveal much. If he goes to prison it will be for months not years and when he comes out he will have access to a bank account that was set-up to reward him for taking the fall and keeping his mouth shut.
All walk.
The wheels of justice for the establishment turn slowly, by design. In fact they turn so slowly you can hardly tell they are moving.
Perkins Coie is a major powerhouse. Even with evidence it's going to be difficult to indict them. Law firms of that stature can wiggle their way out of anything; especially if they have friends in high places.
I suspect Perkins has assured Sussmann he will get the minimum if anything and when he gets out he will be compensated.
