The only reason I have to visit Manhattan when I fly back to see relatives is if there is a NY Ranger game that I want to go to. I won’t even venture to Little Italy or Chinatown. Closest I get to Manhattan is Nathans.
That piano is an absolute abomination.

What to do with 6 bedroom? Motorcycle and lawn equipment storage and maintenance in one bedroom, car repair and maintenance and items to do both with in one bedroom. Sleep in one bedroom, not sure about the other three. Maybe paint and body work?
Those long, narrow rooms are unpleasant, in my opinion. Probably had difficulty working around the huge 10x10' glass windows, meaning that each outside wall had to be a multiple of ten feet. Some of those long bedrooms look only ten feet wide plus the mullions.
Personally, I’d prefer this over a penthouse in the sky.
