The only reason I have to visit Manhattan when I fly back to see relatives is if there is a NY Ranger game that I want to go to. I won’t even venture to Little Italy or Chinatown. Closest I get to Manhattan is Nathans.

I was just in Manhattan the other day.Went to Central Park (which I love) and while waking up 5th Avenue you could see those several amazingly tall...and amazingly skinny...apartment buildings. And you just know that every unit in those buildings is owned by Chinese billionaires who've all bought millions of dollars of Hunter's “artwork”.

I was there the other day. While waiting for a train at Columbus Circle (yes,I stood against a wall so I couldn't be pushed onto the tracks) there was a woman with a kid in a stroller shouting as if she was being disemboweled. It was then that I realized the magic of the city so great that they had to name it twice.

Oliver Douglas could move back to NY and try farming again.

experience the pollution

The $150 million view of the pollution was a great selling point. I might have filmed it on a little clearer day.

A giant airliner target. Not a single place to step outside and get a breath of fresh air or grow a tomato. And if you walk out the front door, you take your life in your hands on a New York street.

At the current 2022 average of price-per-acre of Texas farmland - about 45,369 acres.

Or--you can buy the Mesa Vista Ranch

What to do with 6 bedroom? Motorcycle and lawn equipment storage and maintenance in one bedroom, car repair and maintenance and items to do both with in one bedroom. Sleep in one bedroom, not sure about the other three. Maybe paint and body work?

A little cramped, but tasteful.

Those long, narrow rooms are unpleasant, in my opinion. Probably had difficulty working around the huge 10x10' glass windows, meaning that each outside wall had to be a multiple of ten feet. Some of those long bedrooms look only ten feet wide plus the mullions.

Personally, I’d prefer this over a penthouse in the sky.
