John Smoltz, the longtime MLB pitcher turned analyst, is reportedly no longer working for MLB Network.
Smoltz has declined to receive the mandatory vaccine to work on MLB Network, according to a report. The network has made the decision to remove him from his role, as a result.
MLB Network’s vaccine policy took effect in fall of 2021. Smoltz declined the vaccine and then no longer appeared on set. His contract with the company has since expired and he’s no longer employed by MLB Network.
“John Smoltz is no longer on MLB Network after a vaccination policy took effect last fall,” Andrew Marchand of the New York Post reports. “In September, MLBN instituted a policy in which everyone in its Secaucus studio had to be vaccinated. Smoltz declined and was no longer on set.”
However, MLB Network is reportedly having discussions with Smoltz about returning.
“John is not currently an MLB Network analyst, but we continue to talk with him about returning this season,” an MLB Network spokesman told Andrew Marchand of the New York Post.
Smoltz, meanwhile, is continuing his work for FOX. He’ll be in the broadcast booth next to Joe Davis throughout the 2022 MLB season.

I know an entire family of Cleveland Indians fans who stopped buying tickets and have written-off MLB because their team changed their name to the Cleveland Commanders or Guardians or WTF it is now.

For the first time in about 30 years, I haven’t watched, listened or recorded any games. Yep even the Cardinals home opener.
I don’t miss it much.
Don’t care that Pujols came back but did have to laugh that he filed for divorce from that bitch.
Did MLB ban the shift? If so, Pujols could make a comeback.
Big Cardinals fan here ... well former fan ... stopped MLB completely in 2020 when I saw blm stenciled in the pitcher’s mound, in St Louis in game against the Pirates. I don’t know where they ended up the last two years, who plays for them, ... I don’t know who won the All Star games or World Series. After 54 years of MLB, they made their decision, and so did I.
And like you, I don’t miss it b/c of the way I left it behind.
We are. It sucks. 61yo professional- too young to afford to retire but can’t find job because not vaccinated. Inflation eating savings to live on faster than speed of light. Nothing left to cut back on.
Why get a jab that is called a vaccine...but is not a vaccine. It does not behave like a vaccine and in no way protects like a vaccine. It does not work and it has harmed and killed so many people so at this point why is anyone mandating it? Are they absolutely ignorant, foolish and/or evil?
The number of people harmed/killed is more than reported at VAARS because we know many doctors are just not taking the very lengthy time to report it.
But even with the number of doctors who are not reporting, there are still enough cases to say this fake vax is now criminal warfare against anyone who takes it.
Pfizer was forced to release their vaccine trial data. They wanted you to wait till 2085 but the court directed them to release some each month. They didn’t want you to know that the vaccine you took has 9 PAGES of side effects. Mainstream most likely won’t report this so here you go:

Used to love baseball.
The last time I watched baseball he was part of the braves killer pitching bench. I believe it was Mark Lemke (average player) zoned out in the WS and played like a angel on a mission. Anyway, WTF is the Vax BS still getting time in the real world. It’s still experimental. Crazy train azz lickers demanding people take crap medicine or lose jobs. Those places need to burn to the ground in my opinion.
Metaphor not literal in case the FIB wants to roll me. Gots to be careful these days. FIB interested in honest people only these days - criminals go free.
