Again you can fully charge at home before leaving home and top up on the road as needed as hundreds of thousands have done with no problem, some with videos to prove it.

You may want to get back to your handler, first trip is over 2 DAYS (or 4 to 6 days for my typical trips from Texas to both coasts). Figured that had to be the case, just due to the added charging times. I simply don’t need to burn extra vacation days due to needing to charge...but I agree, that may change when I retire!

Depends what one’s requirements are. Mine are OBVIOUSLY different from yours, as my time means money, and there’s no way I can buy myself faster charging times (or even be assured of access to the fastest charging times, as I don’t think that reservations are taken).
But again, that may change WHEN I RETIRE.

That was not this government.
That was the Obama/Biden government that threw away $11.2 Billion tax dollars on GM and never got it back as compared to the $465 loan to Tesla that they got back IN FULL and with INTEREST and EARLY.
And I DO NOT support ANYTHING Biden does unlike you.
They have been profitable for a while. Their margins are the highest in the industry. They received money from the govt but paid it back, early and with interest. VW is said to be well run. It takes them 12-13 hours to assemble a car. Tesla, three hours.
Yesterday Musk sent his reusable SpaceX rocket to the ISS carrying four astronauts. The guy is truly an icon in manufacturing.

Like I said, when I retire, I’ll have the extra days to fit-in the issues that often come along with charging of the vehicle. Until then, I’ll stick to my FAR MORE RELIABLE mode of transportation.

You sure Trump’s government was different? Seems to me it was the SAME BUNCH running things, right up through the FBI Director, and many other positions.
Hundreds of thousands of young people have bought Tesla’s, with even more on the waiting list and use their Tesla’s to travel long distances with no problem.
They are NOT waiting till they retire before buying it.
If you don't know the President Trump government was totally different from the evil Dementia Joe regime, you have probably been sleeping in the basement in Delaware with Dementia Joe.
