A large part of woke ideology revolves around the unrealistic idea that we should construct a society where no one’s feelings are hurt.
It is not a value judgment to say that trans men and women fall outside of standard biological norms. The flaw in woke ideology is the belief that the bad feelings this statement creates in those individuals can and should be of paramount importance. It is one thing to ensure that trans men and women are protected from discrimination. It is another to attempt to eliminate the real and necessary cultural distinctions of man and woman to attempt to ameliorate that discomfort.
A large part of woke ideology revolves around the unreasonable idea that we should construct a society where no one’s feelings are hurt. It can’t be done, but nevertheless they work diligently trying. The world is a harsh and difficult place, and societies must promote hard-won cultural norms that allow people to live together harmoniously.
But when social norms encourage people to ignore basic characteristics of human biology, they are untenable and even counterproductive.
Such is the case with the ever-expanding LGBT etc. acronym. It reflects a feelings-based belief that human sexuality exists on a spectrum, and posits that those who don’t feel they fit in the male/man and female/woman areas of that spectrum in fact become a different thing in reality because nothing is more real than those feelings. The ongoing addition of letters to the acronym may accurately represent the feelings and even mental state of some people, but it does nothing to alter the underlying science or reality.
Once you allow the term “woman” to represent anyone who decides to be identified as such, you have made the word biologically and physically meaningless.

Does thinking that they have severe mental problems make me a bad person?
getting smacked in the face with reality is not a bad thing

There is no such thing as a “trans-female” or a “trans-male”.
There are only females who became neuters, or males who became neuters. A full transition from male to female, or female to male, is not biologically possible, regardless of the number of hormone treatments or body mutilations undertaken. The cell chromosome count includes either an “XX” pair, or an “XY” pair. Immutable and unchanged.
Of course, some human beings may just have extra chromosomes due to a mutation, but for the most part, they are then almost always neuters.
There are no trans, there are only mutilated homosexual transvestites.
I got my first 30 days in FB jail when I said that there was no difference between Ed Gein, Norman Bates(Psycho) and a tranny. All were men wanting to become women by various means.
WHAM! 30 days!
Maybe with massive gamma ray and neutron radiation the chromosomes could be changed. I think it is worth a few nukes to try.
This premise is wrong.
Woke ideology has no problem with hurting white, male Christians' feelings. None whatever.
alloysteel, rather curious that with all the gender pronouns being used in the Bay Area to describe people, I don’t believe an “it” is an option.
So this may be one reason the phrase, “I am a neuter” is a sentence we are unlikely to hear from anyone.
Even dogs and cats we attribute male and female pronouns to.
Yet perhaps some Berkeleyites prefer to name their cat a “they” despite their biology — so as to be consistent.
Just use the existing pronouns: it/its.
People don’t want to solve problems.
The majority want either:
1) hostile nrevolution; or
2) everything the way it used to be when and where they were growing up.

This might work for those who just want to live their lives and be left alone but it will not work for the radical militants who insist on flaunting and promoting their perversions, especially to children. Just as Christians are not allowed to proselytize their religion in classrooms, will trans teachers be allowed to push their gender ideas?
