Well, they are doing it by the way of killing and maiming them.
What is really interesting in this war is how the Russian speakers seem to support Ukraine, and how many Russians were killed by the Russians!
The areas inhabited by Ukrainians are still pretty much intact. I bet huge majority of the civilians killed by Russian army are ethnic Russians.
That’s probably why the ethnics Russians are with Ukraine!

Oh c'mon, passion is a wonderful thing, don't waste it. It appears that you are confusing support with observing... Merely observing that the Russians have moral authority in this little conflict and that they are cleaning out the Ukraine's corruption does not make you a supporter of Russia, all it does is state the obvious. Some people cannot handle the truth, so take a few deep breaths and rethink this problem with a clear eye and cool heart.
Absolutely apples and oranges. The Russians, so far, have held back in Kiev. In Baghdad, we didn’t. The Russians have used a lighter touch. Check out the C-130 gunships in action on hapless Iraqi irregulars hiding in the woods on YouTube, the drone attacks, etc.

Yeah, it’s so unclear what’s going on and what the reality is. I think the Russians went forward thinking it will be over in a day or two, got bogged down and then focused on clearing the neonazis out of Donbas and then declaring victory. Zelenskys in eastern Poland, though. Those AZOV freaks will kill him as soon as he comes back with a peace treaty.
Are you talking about Iraq or Ukraine? Are you talking about allegedly failing (remember #1 goal, no NATO, accomplished) for two months or abject failure for two decades?

I didn’t say Russia wasn’t going to win. He just may want to reassess his timetable in light of Russia’s pullback from Kiev. As I said, this interview is a few weeks old.
