TRIBUTES have poured in for a "beautiful" Scots teen who passed away suddenly this week.
Friends and family of Megan Reid from Livingston, West Lothian, have been paying their respects online to the 17-year-old following her tragic death on Tuesday.
The 17-year-old's friends are planning to erupt into applause for Megan during the 17th minute of their fixture against St Johnstone at Celtic Park tomorrow.
A GoFundMe which was set up to help with funeral costs has already raised over £2,300 in two days.
Loved ones have now taken to social media to share pictures and messages in tribute to the teen who is believed to have passed away.
As well as sharing an image of the pair to Facebook, Megan’s grandmother, Sharon Reid, yesterday took to social media to spread word of the Celtic Park tribute.
She wrote: “Calling all Celtic fans.
“Celtic fans going to the Celtic v St Johnstone match on Saturday, can we arrange a round of applause on the 17th minute for Megan Reid who sadly passed away aged 17 on 05/04/2022.
“She would absolutely love it.
“Please share and let’s make this happen. Megan is my granddaughter and loved Celtic FC.”
Close friend Rebecca McGregor shared a collection of photos of Megan to Facebook on Wednesday writing: “Rest in peace my wee angel, taken way too soon, you were one in a million gorgeous.
“Gone but never forgotten.”

The GoFundMe page, set up by Tristyn Trusler on Tuesday, reads: "I am fundraising to help gather costs towards the funeral of Megan Leigh Reid, age 17.
"Megan's family sadly had to say goodbye to her today, 05/04/22.
"Friends and family describe Megan to be a joyful, beautiful spirit that fought hard through the storms of life.
"She will be missed dearly by many, we are hoping to give her a beautiful send off as she truly deserves.
"Any donations are appreciated dearly and will go towards the funeral of this pretty princess.

Hey! Stop it! Do not post anything that goes against the “suddenly” narrative.
“the teen who is believed to have passed away. “
They won’t even confirm he is dead. Think about that.
