Did they knock? Kill his dog?
” he was such a good guy”. Hmmm. We’ll see about that....
Knowing what the search warrant was searching for would be a good thing to know.
“He was such a good guy.”
Hmm, usually when I hear someone committed suicide after a police raid, it’s because they definitely were not a “good guy”, and were ashamed to face the consequences of whatever nasty things they had been up to.
Probly under age porn or something.
Was he a friend of Epstein?................
Almost always child porn or molestation.
Drug and sex trafficking. There, saved you the trouble.
From reading the article, I suspect he was ‘mobbed up.’
Justice Michalski’s death, at 61, came a little more than a year after another apparent suicide attempt in which, according to police records, he was struck by a freight train after lying on the tracks in a rail yard near Buffalo in the middle of the night. He sustained a serious leg injury but was otherwise unhurt, Mr. Connors said.
he had drawn the authorities’ attention because of his ties to Peter Gerace Jr., the owner of a strip club in Cheektowaga,
His actions tend to give the raid some credence that there was a possibility that the judge was involved in something illegal. Of course, that does not mean he actually was.

Hmmm, I didn’t know that state and federal authorities execute searches on people who are such “good guys”.
If the judge was intelligent and brave, then he would have asked called the police, asked for leniency from a judge and responsibly paid for his crimes. Suicide avoids intelligence, bravery and resonsibility.
There’s a specialist type of hit man who makes his victims look as though they committed suicide. This makes the person who paid for the hit look as though they couldn’t possibly have done such a thing because...hey, suicide. If a person commits suicide, then, obviously, their death wasn’t because they knew something that could be embarrassing, or incriminating, or fatal, to some other more important figure. One would hope that if that was the case the judge left a “poison pill” that will kill the person who ordered his “suicide.”
News 4 reported last year that a trainspotter in February 2021 witnessed Michalski lie down across train tracks at the Depew Amtrak Station as a slow-moving train approached. The trainspotter caught the incident on video and shared a portion of it with News 4 Investigates. The judge sustained a serious leg injury but survived the incident.
Could also be another case like “The Boys on the Tracks”.
