I’ve read every word of the Devolution series.
The problem is that you would need an overwhelming desire on the part of the people to remove the current government. With half the people still believing every word uttered by the Mainstream Media, you have this massive blockage that prevents action. You would need the MSM to throw in the towel and finally report the truth.

I figured you had read them and think I remember your saying so.
That said, you are dead wrong about “half the people believing every word uttered by the MSM”. It’s way, way, way less than that. Viewership is rock bottom, for one thing, there is massive buyer remorse from Bitem voters.
And how many actually voted for him? A fraction of those who voted for Trump.
There is no need for the MSM to utter the truth a they are part of the enemy, the mouthpiece of the enemy. Doesn’t matter if they keep lying until the end of time. The truth will get out by other means, and is all the time.

You are thinking along political lines.
Continuity of Government.
What scenarios would sever the continuity of Military Command Control.
Only POTUS is Commander-in-Chief.
Devolution is continuity of Military Command Control...the safety of the American people.
The scenarios must deal with the head of the snake and the line of succession.
The military is not just going to sit around and wait for someone to be sworn-in as POTUS.

Maybe living in California's leftist hothouse is an anomaly, but at the retirement community where I reside, I hear more of this than anything against Biden and the Deep State.
As with all speculation with things understood but also unknown (ref, Don Rumsfeld), there will always be “holes” in OUR side of the equation.
Those holes will be filled later.
Future proves the past.
That does not mean we should not formulate a common sense concept of the situation.
For now, I am focusing, quite narrowly, on continuity of Military Command Control.
As I said earlier, THAT (above) is Devolution.

What WILL happen if we are under attack (cyber?) and POTUS/VPOTUS are not able to perform their duties.
If they are “standing” orders...what triggers them?
It would NOT be some political decision or action.
