...approximately 7–45 per cent less energy...And 100% less taste. Other than that, it's just dandy.

They don’t dare call it hamburger because it tastes so bad, but nobody knows what lion meat tastes like so when it tastes like siht you just assume that’s what lion tastes like.

Serious question to all the hunters here at Free Republic, as well as to anyone else competent to weigh in on the matter:
Isn't a "rule of thumb" that the flesh of carnivores is generally not good-tasting?

“in a bid to preserve the planet.”
Yes, the planet is rotting, we have to preserve it by getting it to the proper temperature which we are never told just what that is or get the CO2 level to the proper percentage which again we are never told what that is. It’s been 0.04% forever which is pretty much zero point zero but of course that has to be reduced as if we have any power to change 5,000 trillion metric tons of atmosphere in the first place.

Same problem as fake ivory - this instills the interest in the real thing. Worse actually, in this case as we’re talking about a consumable item.

According to a study on its environmental impacts, production of cultivated meat involves approximately 7–45 per cent less energy use than conventionally produced European meat. Sure it does. Yup, I really believe that.
Right……

Zebra sushi. What's not to like?
I have tried horse sushi, for real. I'm sure it's an acquired taste because they were selling it to somebody, but that may have been restricted to gaijin like me stupid enough to try it.
