Ukraine keeps winning as the Russians appear to be withdrawing a sizable force from the northern front, and the Ukrainians continue to make significant ground across the entire country retaking the land village by village. Let's discuss the last 48 hours of the war, and see if there are any trends we can see based off of the video evidence.....

I’m on Ukraine’s side, but let’s not say Ukraine is winning. It is not losing and it is bleeding Putin.
They will push back the invader, but that would be just not losing. Putin has devastated the country.
Putin targets civilians while Ukrainians target soldiers.
The Russian people are starting to realize this.
Russians have ‘a problem’
The Russian guest workers in western Europe know this, no doubt their kin in Russia are getting the unfiltered news.

Russia has no interest in Kiev, they won’t waste munitions there. Kiev is very valuable to Ukraine, so a large part of their army on pinned there.
Mariupol is being taken block by block. While there are civilian casualties, they are small compared to casualties in the Balkan wars, Serbia and any of the middle east wars.
Peace talks are making progress. Putin will get the eastern provinces, Ukrainian neutrality, and maybe a land bridge to Crimea.
My insufferable neighbors who have replaced their “BLM” and “Stop Asian Hate” signs then put up “We Stand with Ukraine” signs must be feeling quite vindicated.
No doubt, the Bidens, Colonel Vindman, Soros, etc., are feeling quite vindicated too.
All the devastation is due to the Ukrainian military blowing bridges, and placing their firing positions at schools and hospitals.

You're completely ridiculous. Russia flew in troops to take Kyiv's airport. They were eliminated. Then they sent a three mile long military convoy towards Kyiv that stalled. All because "Russia has no interest in Kyiv". Stop posting nonsense.

This war is a disaster for Russia.
In the first 24 hours of the invasion, Russia had captured the two eastern provinces Donetsk and Luhansk. Ukraine had capitulated and gave up trying to join NATO. This was the original goal. Russia at this point could have declared victory and call it a day. No sanctions, no punishment for Russia. Business as usual, with new conquered land for their efforts.
Then Putin got greedy and wanted to capture ALL of Ukraine. He instead got sanctions, Russia kicked out of the world community, a pariah, economy in shambles, no world cup or events to be held by Russia ever again. The pain and suffering only has begun. Much, much worse pain is coming for the Russians. Dead soldiers (and civilians) are piling up. How much is Putin (and the Russian people) willing to take? This war is an epic disaster all around. A total waste, and for what?

The neocons are so hopped on the Russia, Russia, Russia 2.0 disinformation, it will take an ocean of it to satisfy their bloodlust.
The Russians in Mariupol are currently hitting the AZOV units. These pose the biggest threats to Russia control of the eastern provinces if those are absorbed by Russia..
