... On Monday, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul took issue with Biden's use of the cue cards, and his off-the-cuff remarks about Putin.
Paul questioned Biden's acuity, saying the aging president's remarks were a threat to national security.
'A lot of times when you're around somebody who's in cognitive decline, you find yourself trying to help them with a sentence, trying to help them complete it - but we shouldn't have to do that for the commander-in-chief,' he told Fox News.
'And, it is actually a national security risk because he's sending signals that no one in their right mind would want to send to Russia at this point.
'We aren't trying to replace Putin in Russia. We aren't trying to have regime change. We're not sending troops into Ukraine, and we're not going to respond in kind with chemical weapons.'

Biden was chosen to be the symbol of why America should die, and he is fulfilling his destiny.
It’s not a “claim”. It IS a widely recognized crutch used by the mentally addled.
I Hate and despise to say this but unless the media turns on the cheating vegable and applies pressure on the rats to dispose of him he’ll just keep on chugging along. Other than that we are all whistling Dixie! As much as it pains me to say this the media has the power. Unfortunately that’s the way it is.
If he quits he gets replaced by someone with nothing cognitive to decline from.

I heard an accomplished Doctor speak and he said when someone inserts themselves into events when they obviously weren’t there (Biden has done this 30 times publicly and open mics demonstrate he’s even worse with his personal guests) is a known stage of Dementia and it’s not the first stage.
He said it’s a troubling development.
He’s definitely in the throes of Dementia.
