It's a binary situation — basically 50% of the population is male, and basically 50% of the population is female. There is a tiny percentage (much less than 1%) that is mentally ill and perceives themselves as transgender.

And there are some Republican politicians who have decided to screw over what amounts to 100% of the population so that they can bow and scrape before the tiny population of mentally ill people who perceive themselves as transgender and who would rather die than vote for a Republican.

Those transgenders are not the only mentally ill people involved here.

I think they are, in reality ‘Go along to Get along” Republicans. Basically, the same as the Republican governors who supported the KKK in the 1910s and 1920s. They figured that support of Woodrow Wilson’s racial policies was the road to more election success which equaled then as today, more power and more wealth.

It’s the path of least resistance. You can’t have any conversation about anything else if you are constantly mobbed by screamers about the gay topics. Those people, some of who are paid, will disrupt anything and there’s usually nothing you can do. If you have the police remove them you’ll be sued for taking someone’s first amendment rights. These people are well funded and can stymie anything else you might want to do. This is what essentially happened to Trump, except that was the same tactic but on a massive hundred-million dollar scale.

The average politician can’t take them on because they aren’t Jordan Peterson. They’re just average Joe’s and average Joe’s are at a severe disadvantage against such a well manned...excuse me, “personed” organization.

Thankfully, the idiot governor of Utah (a Romneyite who is also asking for more “refugees” to settle in the state at a time when young families can’t even afford a home) got his veto canceled by a supermajority of the legislature.
