The study is only available with a purchase, but I would assume the light was a very bright indoor full-spectrum source, rather than a heat lamp or unprotected sunlight.
Nobiletin is available as a supplement.

The “Take Charge Of Your Health” Ping List
This potentially high volume ping list is for health articles and studies which describe something you or your doctor, when informed, may be able to implement for your benefit.
Now keeping a new list (“Common/Top Issues”) for conditions expected to only concern at least 1% of the population. Ask to be on either the “Common/Top Issues” or “Everything” list.
Please email or private message me if you want on or off of a list and of which list you desire.

The lights would likely be turned off for night time use.
It helps restart the circadian rhythm in the cells, which should require a no light occasion.
Strangely, another study yesterday or the day before talked about doing this in COPD sufferers, yet a different way.

For people with bacterial loads in their lungs, of which many people have them, including Cystic Fibrosis sufferers, it’s a constant worry about the infection going out of control.
Here’s an example:
Why one bacterial infection is so deadly in cystic fibrosis patients: Pathogen interferes with cells whose job is to fight infection

ultra violet light makes vitamin d
infra red light makes melatonin.
They are two bands of the light spectrum.

Thanks for catching everyone up on all that.

I think blue light reduces melatonin production. We typically receive blue light from the sun. After sunset, if we make a fire, we receive mostly red light.
