Two Philadelphia pit bull owners were caught unleashing their dogs on a helpless family cat, named Buddy, in Philadelphia on Tuesday
One man can be seen drawing his dog's attention to the cat before dropping its leash, and the other man follows suit
The men laugh, one yelling 'Get him' and 'Good boy' as their dogs maul the cat
Buddy is currently in critical condition, and the Pennsylvania SPCA is taking donations for his extensive medical needs
He survived the night, the representatives from the agency are '(very) cautiously optimistic' that he will pull through
If caught, the men could face up to seven years behind bars for felony animal fighting and animal cruelty charges

Those are pretty clear pictures. My guess is that they will be caught.

A misleading white paper was crafted to bully state legislatures into banning insurance companies from using actuarial data to deny housing coverage or charge more for dangerous dog breeds.
The white paper is based on the false narrative of the “universally loved pet bulldog” at the turn of the 20th Century and that pit bulls have a bad reputation only because white people are racist.
Once the full history of the pit bull is revealed, the actual reasons for regulating pit bulls in housing or cities also emerge: they are dangerous no matter who owns them and need to be regulated.

For decades, Pit Bull Advocates have been trying to shut down any opposition to unregulated pit bull ownership with cries of racism. Right now, there is a brand-new fake racism campaign aimed at state legislatures. Pit Bull Advocates (PBAs) want to bully them into banning insurance companies from using actuarial data to determine the need for housing insurance restrictions. PBA lobbyists were recently successful in passing state laws in Nevada and New York banning breed restrictions by homeowners insurance companies. This fake racism campaign is currently being waged in Arizona and Minnesota, as well as Canada.
Best Friends Animal Society and five other agencies have produced a white paper entitled, “Breed Discrimination in the Homeowners Insurance Industry”. The paper is addressed to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and contends current actuarial charts are not based on evidence. This is patently false. . .” . .
Pit Bulls are to dogs what Islam is to religion.
We had a cat ripped in half, literally by two of the Breed Of Peace. Owners, from out of state were visiting a neighbor, and let them loose. They immediately hustled the dogs into their car & boogied.
Wife was inside the house; I was at work Poor Gordo didn’t stand a chance.
How a person treats animals is how they treat things that are, or that they feel are, lower than them.
Thats why this matters. Its a gross abuse of their power in their position over things lower than them. Just for a whim, a small laugh.
They will treat people they feel are lowerthan them this way without even thinking about it. They are human garbage and filthy scum.

This is the “great society” Lyndon Baines Johnson started long ago, when he stole $1.5 billion from the $4 billion space shuttle program ... to buy votes from the “poor people”. As a result, the shuttle was downsized to 1/3 the original design size, rendering it non-sustainable economically and much less safe (design failure rate 1/100 flights vs: 1/1000 flights for the original design).
