Indeed. Hungry Canadian lawyers need to take note of this. IMO, it’s actionable harassment.
I am currently working under what can only be described as a hostile work environment.
Our “Diversity” department (ID&E) sent as memo informing us that they did not meet their goals for hiring women and POC in 2021.
All I read was, “We employ too many white men.”
Name me one lawyer who will sincerely take up my case and believe s/he can win in court.
