I am currently working under what can only be described as a hostile work environment.
Our “Diversity” department (ID&E) sent as memo informing us that they did not meet their goals for hiring women and POC in 2021.
All I read was, “We employ too many white men.”
Name me one lawyer who will sincerely take up my case and believe s/he can win in court.

Every State in the Union has laws against discrimination on the basis of race. So I’d state with the Department of Labor in your state. I’d suggest you get in touch with them for guidance.
