A woman has been charged with murder and driving under the influence in a fatal interstate collision that killed two state troopers and a pedestrian in Pennsylvania.
Jayana Tanae Webb, 21, was hit with a battery of felony charges on Tuesday after she allegedly rammed the troopers on I-95 just moments after they had pulled her over on suspicion of drunk driving.
In January, Webb had boasted on Twitter: 'If you ask me, I'm the best drunk driver ever.'
Surrounded by steely-faced troopers, Webb hunched over silently in a grey hoodie as she was escorted out of the Pennsylvania State Police Troop K barracks in Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon, footage from WTXF-TV shows.
During the transfer to Philadelphia Police headquarters, the accused killer's hands were shackled in front of her with handcuffs that belonged to the two fallen troopers: Martin F. Mack III, 33, and Branden T. Sisca, 29.
The shocking and tragic case unfolded around 1am on Monday, when Troopers Mack and Sisca pulled Webb over on suspicion of DUI - but then let her go free when they were called away to assist a man endangering himself by walking on the interstate.
About two miles down the interstate from where they pulled over Webb, the two troopers were helping the distressed pedestrian, 28-year-old Reyes Rivera Oliveras, get into their patrol car when Webb allegedly rammed into their police SUV at high speed, killing all three men.
Police say the impact of the crash knocked both driver's side doors off the trooper's SUV, and flung all three men into the opposite northbound lanes.
Webb remained at the crash scene in her badly damaged vehicle, police said.
Good Samaritans attempted to render aid to the troopers and pedestrian, but all three were killed by the force of the impact.

Why didn’t they take her keys?
Fresh new meat for the Butch’s in Prison.
I knew she is black but I still had to look.
I was right of course.
Does anybody wonder why so many of them are in jail?
I’m already pulling punches of what I really think.
Had Twitter censored her pro-drunkeness, pro-DWI posts she might have reconsidered her action. Instead, Twitter gave her a worldwide forum which empowered her actions and resulted in 3 murders.
How can Twitter be allowed to censor mild political views with which they disagree, but endorse and support deadly activities that result in murder? They should not get away without consequences.
Make Twitter pay.
With the way the court system is now days I bet I gotta do at least 30 days.
I don’t know what the department protocol would be in this situation.
It would be good to know.
Also would be good to know if she blew a BAC over the legal limit, if they’d actually taken her into custody.
And why, if she was over the limit, they couldn’t have put her in their car and taken her with them to see about the pedestrian.
Yeah, I don’t get that. Put her in cuffs in their car, cuff her in hers, take her keys, something. Are they not allowed to do any of that?
How does she crash into them more or less head on accidentally even going fast and drunk? There probably were not many cars on the highway at 1 AM.
Wow, you’re good.
