A woman has been charged with murder and driving under the influence in a fatal interstate collision that killed two state troopers and a pedestrian in Pennsylvania.
Jayana Tanae Webb, 21, was hit with a battery of felony charges on Tuesday after she allegedly rammed the troopers on I-95 just moments after they had pulled her over on suspicion of drunk driving.
In January, Webb had boasted on Twitter: 'If you ask me, I'm the best drunk driver ever.'
Surrounded by steely-faced troopers, Webb hunched over silently in a grey hoodie as she was escorted out of the Pennsylvania State Police Troop K barracks in Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon, footage from WTXF-TV shows.
During the transfer to Philadelphia Police headquarters, the accused killer's hands were shackled in front of her with handcuffs that belonged to the two fallen troopers: Martin F. Mack III, 33, and Branden T. Sisca, 29.
The shocking and tragic case unfolded around 1am on Monday, when Troopers Mack and Sisca pulled Webb over on suspicion of DUI - but then let her go free when they were called away to assist a man endangering himself by walking on the interstate.
About two miles down the interstate from where they pulled over Webb, the two troopers were helping the distressed pedestrian, 28-year-old Reyes Rivera Oliveras, get into their patrol car when Webb allegedly rammed into their police SUV at high speed, killing all three men.
Police say the impact of the crash knocked both driver's side doors off the trooper's SUV, and flung all three men into the opposite northbound lanes.
Webb remained at the crash scene in her badly damaged vehicle, police said.
Good Samaritans attempted to render aid to the troopers and pedestrian, but all three were killed by the force of the impact.

I’m not going to look...death penalty should be administered within a month...in a sane country.
Why did they kill the Oklahoma city bomber so fast? Hmmmm....
We didn’t need a picture. “Jayana Tanae” gave us a pretty good clue.
[’A young driver is potentially facing extremely serious consequences,’ said Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, according to KYW.]
She’ll get off lightly due to her, “drinking problem” and be sentenced to treatment of some kind.
I believe it was intentional like the other people run down by people like her, drunk or not.
She’ll be out in less than 10 years.
She looks to have an IQ of about 57, tops. Scary that this cretin was allowed to get behind the wheel of a car and kill two fine people. Their spit was worth more than the whole of her.
Jayana Tanae Webb. I guessed Kishesha, which was close.
Yep. You nailed it.
How come there’s not a red spot at Washington DC?
And the beat goes on.
I actually wouldn’t have a clue based on the name “Jayana Tanae”. But her behavior in the incident gives it away.
Bye, Felisha.
Damn. PRIORITIES, people. PRIORITIES.
NEVER, leave off apprehending a potentially deadly threat to deal with an unarmed potential victim.
A DRIVER is always armed; a vehicle IS a weapon.
AN IMPAIRED DRIVER is both armed and dangerous; they are PRIORITY 1.
These two fine young men left the deadly threat — and may have been directed to; I don’t know — to go deal with a non-threatening potential victim, and the deadly threat they did not take care of claimed them.
BTW, whatever a drunk focuses on to avoid it; that’s EXACTLY what they will hit. IOW, if you’re in the road, and a drunk can see you, their very mental exertion NOT to hit you all but 100% guarantees they will run you the frack over.
These were needless deaths.
"Miz Scarlett, I don know nuffin..."
Cambodia in the green? The Khmer Rouge killed all their smart people. That map has a laughable communist bias.
