Why didn’t they take her keys?
I don’t know what the department protocol would be in this situation.
It would be good to know.
Also would be good to know if she blew a BAC over the legal limit, if they’d actually taken her into custody.
And why, if she was over the limit, they couldn’t have put her in their car and taken her with them to see about the pedestrian.
