Do Impeachments Really Make a Difference?
American Thinker ^ | 22 Mar, 2022 | Christopher Chantrill

In my adult lifetime it has been my honor to witness three attempted presidential defenestrations. The first, of course, was Richard Nixon for the unspeakable crime of… yes, just what was it that he did? Anyway, the day came when the senior Republicans drove down Pennsylvania Avenue and told President Nixon that he had to go.

Dear old Bill Clinton, of course, was not deserted by his party when the eeevil Republicans impeached him, even though he had committed unspeakable sexual harassments that today would prompt all sensitive souls to declare: “I can’t breathe.”

Then we come to Donald Trump. I can’t exactly remember how many times he was impeached in the House. But it didn’t matter, because somehow, in the small hours of November 4, 2020, the votes were there to get rid of him. A miracle.

Now, of course the window washers are coming for Joe Biden. We hear that his son and heir is likely to be indicted and that, well, maybe -- but still it’s probably a Russian plot after all -- that maybe the laptop of which you’ve heard tell really did belong to Hunter Biden. According to the New York Times even!

Okay. So the only question is how to get rid of Kamala Harris, vice-president of Cackle, and don’t dare mispronounce her name or you are a racist. Then the president can nominate a replacement vice president, per the 25th Amendment, and the nominee only needs a majority in both houses of Congress. Then the president can resign in disgrace because Ukrainian corruption and a glorious new era will dawn.

Yes, they will have to get rid of Camala and install Hillary before Joe resigns. Let’s see....what can they impeach her foe without upsetting the blacks in the democRAT base?

Any rational person would see that Hillary is well past her expiration date. But, I agree, she will be president before 2024. She spent 8 years in the White House with Bill. She was a senator. She was Secretary of State. She was a major party nominee in a presidential race. The Democrats have no one else who looks better on paper. Simple majority votes in Congress will be a slam dunk.

And who knows what happens next? It won’t be good.

The impeachment of Trump certainly worked out well for the corrupt DS and the illegitimate one worlders in the White House. Had the DS not impeached Trump, he and Rudy would have pulled back the curtains exposing the unholy Obama/Soros/DS alliance which has the world on brink of WWIII in Ukraine. They had no problem impeaching Trump in order to keep the Ukrainian people at the mercy of the DC installed oligarchs in Kiev. Apparently these same thugs have no problem starting WWIII if they can keep their stooge, Nguyen Van Zelenskyy, kicking back a cut of the money the US taxpayer sends to Kiev.

It’s pretty clear that the overtures to Iran are near & dear to the leadership of the Democrat Party — hence it will be John Kerry.

They have no control over replacements because the Senate is split and the VP cannot participate in the choice of a new VP. I guess they would try it.

Hillary isn’t in the succession of power. How do you install her as _resident if you impeach Joe and Kamala?

Much would depend upon mid term results, and if Nanzi remains Speaker.

If you told me they are democrats and they do what they want and get away with it, I wouldn’t argue you. LOL

I’m thinking Joe or Kamala gets kicked out first.
They need to choose a vice president (as they did with Spiro Agnew).
The Democrats need to find someone who is a slam dunk by Congress.
Hillary is an easy choice (although bad, of course) as the next hand-picked vice president who can be rubber stamped by Congress.
Then the President (either Joe or Kamala) gets kicked out in their turn (age, corruption, whatever) and Hillary becomes president (the new Gerald Ford).

Voters play no role. And probably won’t play a role for years to come.

Spiro resigned. Nixon nominated Gerald. Then Nixon resigned. Ford appointed Nelson his VP.

Same thing could happen again.

Spiro = Kamala, Gerald =?, Nixon = Joe, Nelson =?

Let the speculations begin!

Given the actions outlined, I would think that Michelle Obama would be a far more likely replacement for Biden than Hillary.

And ultimately with far less baggage.

I know. It’s a very low bar.

I don’t think Moochie wants the responsibility, but if she can get the Joe deal where she holds the title and goes on vacation while Barky and Val Jar make the decisions then I could see her doing that.
