Notable opinions by high court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson

WASHINGTON (AP) — Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, who will be nominated for the Supreme Court, worked for seven years as a judge on the federal trial court in Washington, D.C., before Biden appointed her to the appeals court that meets in the same courthouse.

Here are excerpts from some notable opinions:

PRESIDENTIAL POWER

In 2019, Jackson ruled on a dispute between Democrats who control the House of Representatives and the Trump administration over lawmakers’ efforts to subpoena former White House counsel Don McGahn to testify to Congress.

The administration appealed, and the case bounced around the D.C. Circuit through the end of Trump’s presidency.

IMMIGRATION

In 2019, Jackson temporarily blocked the Trump administration’s plan to expand fast-track deportations of people in the country illegally, no matter where they are arrested.

But the D.C. Circuit overruled Jackson, holding that Congress gave the Homeland Security secretary ample discretion.

UNIONS

In her first opinion on the appeals court, Jackson sided with public sector labor unions who challenged a Trump-era rule that made it easier for government agencies to impose workplace changes.

The D.C. Circuit overruled Jackson, writing that she lacked jurisdiction over the unions’ claims. The appeals court held that the unions should have pursued their claims in an administrative proceeding, not a federal lawsuit.

How are these notable—other than proving her being biased against PDJT

Yes, a “perfect” nominee against liberty that will be easily confirmed.

The litmus test involves how many Repubs vote the confirm. Those Republicans need to be targeted for lack of convictions, fundamentals, and cojones/too emotional if sporting a vagina such as Lindsey, thus need to be politically destroyed and sent packing.

In other words, she’s a commie operative set out to finalize the destruction of our country.

The only thing “notable” they want you to know about her is that she’s a black female.

She’s less qualified than I am.

When your leftist rulings are getting overruled by the staunch left DC Circuit, you are way out of the mainstream.

It’s notable that she was 0-3 in her most notable opinions.

This "powerful black female" was gifted the job she is currently holding (and wasn't qualified for) by a cabal of white men - who now want to advance her to an even higher job that she will be even less qualified for.

Which says to me that her role is to help destroy the Constitutional system that these white men find so chafing and restrictive, so these white men can more quickly implement the financial dictatorship they have been dreaming of. Once that is done, the "powerful black female", the "wise Latina", and all of the other character actors in our government will be swiftly dispensed with.

She should win easy confirmation, with 15-20 of the so-called Republican character actors voting for her.

Do the Biden puppeteers feel that ACORN deserves three seats on the Supreme Court?

Yes a black female undercompetent with no significant cases of any true breakthrough, being promoted by WHITE Marxists to a higher position for further dilute the Constitutional Articles to suit their goals.

This nominee (said to be a wash in the “vote”) is in fact farther LEFT than Justice Breyer ever could or would be- since he did nominally, when push came to shove, revert to the document against which originalists could convince him he was wrong and lean their way.

NOT this nominee- she is desired by the Squad the Leftists and her friends in BLM (white marxists with black front leadership- now rudderless and the money for the DNC sequestered in California courts— held as a slush fund for 2022 and 2024 no doubt).

She needs to be defeated on PRINCIPLE and on her asinine lenient rulings that have all failed on appeal. A very important fact. So Lindsey to stay in good with his house servants in charleston his fellow Sen.— the “reformed” non-conservatives in SC just for starters. And then there is Romney who MARCHED with BLM!! Incredible.

Nominated and confirmed aren’t the same thing.

She will be nominated.

She probably will be confirmed.
