I don’t have a problem with that, as long as the biz isn’t getting special subsidies or abatements just because it’s gay.
The only way it’d stay in business is to advertise it as a lesbian bar.
What’s sad is that our tax dollars (NPR) are being used to promote such an agenda.
This is a first world problem. Get a 6-pack at the local pony keg and watch your game of choice at home.
A pretty acquaintance of mine had a daughter who looked like a man and was only interested in being a roller derby star. She also went to bizarre Eckancar “church.” Kid left to live with her very handsome dad and pretty acquaintance married a very wealthy guy.
And in the end, everyone got what they wanted.
So she’s running a dyke bar… in Portland she might have enough of an audience to succeed.. time will tell.
They could call it “The Wire Cutter.”
Lesbian sports bars are very successful. My old friend, a handsome guy and alcoholism counselor, had clients who hung out there and drank too much.
