STEVE INSKEEP, HOST:
Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep. Jenny Nguyen was annoyed by her experience in sports bars. It wasn't just the sticky tables or drunk guys. The games that she cared about were on mute, ignored by others or not even on. That's how Nguyen came up with a bar that would only have women's sports on TV. She found a place in Portland and plans to open next month. When naming it, she decided to reverse two letters. The sports bar is called The Sports Bra. It's MORNING EDITION.

Jenny Nguyen.
Were it not for the fact that this is surely a lesbian establishment, it would be 'game over' for this bar, to use a sports term.
That’s a chick?!?
Hey....it’s free enterprise.
Dyke bars are not new.
“You look like-a man.”
I agree with you. If it works, good for them.
Maybe Hillary and Huma can appear at the grand opening.
Beach volley ball anyone?
Looks like a guy, covered in tattoos, my guess is she won’t mind that transexual men are taking over women’s sports.
Beach volleyball or Roller Derby would be OK.
Otherwise ...
It’s called a “Dyke Bar”.
As long as it’s women’s volleyball I’m OK with it...
I agree that could be on one big screen TV.
Correct.
I worked with a roller derby babe for awhile. Always bruised up from the weekend matches. She was small and skinny . The ‘whip’ was her spot.
You left out mud wrestling.
I hope she is successful. Find a niche and exploit it. I probably wouldn’t invest in such a venture, but, I wouldn’t take financial advice from me, if I were you.
Just like every other business that operates on “virtue signaling” rather than sound business principles, it will last about a year. At that time, she/he will have lost all his/her investment and be in debt to the point that any loans will have to be written off in bankruptcy. However, no lesson will have been learned by any of the parties involved.
Or women’s curling.
