The World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11 declared COVID-19 a pandemic, pointing to the over 118,000 cases of the coronavirus illness in over 110 countries and territories around the world and the sustained risk of further global spread.

“This is not just a public health crisis, it is a crisis that will touch every sector,” said Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO director-general, at a media briefing. “So every sector and every individual must be involved in the fights.”

I know I'm late, but the world did go nuts in March 2020, but we have a lot to learn from the past two year history.

Such things as "flatten the curve, shutdowns, masks, mask mandates, virtue signaling, karen's, Fauci type people, etc."

My wife’s office in California closed on March 16, 2020. The next morning she grabbed our doggie and drove to our place in Idaho, beating the draconian shutdown of all life in CA by a couple of days. For a while, we were worried they would prevent drivers in private cars from leaving the state. You weren’t supposed to be driving anywhere in CA. They wanted you locked up in your house. Idaho never went insane.

The one thing I learned is never to trust the government (I already knew that, though), nor the “health care” industry. Not one prediction or “fact” uttered by the authorities turned out to be accurate. The one exception was when Trump said that the virus would eventually go away on its own. He was right about that. It took a while, but everything the “experts” prescribed in the meantime was a waste of time, effort, money, and sadly in many cases, lives.

Of course, in the political sense it only took a catastrophically failing (p)resident and a shiny new war to make the virus go away, but that’s another matter.

I also learned the medical industry has been federalized. All medical advice and decisions must come from a bureaucrat not your doctor. You're doctor has no choice but to comply or lose their license.
