I agree. Rarely just one vital organ deteriorates in the body. It is usually cumulative effect of many factors, especially lack of aerobic exercise.
Use me as a living example, at age 82, knock on wood I have no comorbidities. My diet is just the average American diet. I do not even take nutritional supplements. None of the males in my family (Father, all uncles, older brother) made it past age 75. So it must be this daily routine keeping me going strong. Even my physical strength is not deteriorating. Daily exercise is nothing short of amazing benefit. Doctors are not making any money off me. Those 3 jabs of covid vaccine failed to clot me.
