Facilitators, guide this discussion. Remember, parents are not entitled to know their kids’ identities. That knowledge must be earned. Teachers are often straddling this complex situation. In ECASD, our priority is supporting the student.
“Parents are not entitled to know their kids’ identities?!” That is one of the most ridiculous and disturbing sentences ever uttered in the English language. First off, teachers are not entitled to determine what the parents who pay their salaries are “entitled to know.” Secondly, parents typically know what sex/gender their kids are from before they are born. Some of the ECASD teachers may have heard of ultrasounds and gender reveal parties. And, note to educators, parents create their kids, raise them, pay for everything they need—and are responsible for them and to them. On one hand, this is like saying parents are not entitled to know what their kids are wearing. Um, it’s kind of obvious. On the other, it’s like saying taxpayers are not entitled to know what the government is using their money for, or saying car owners aren’t entitled to know what the repair shop is doing to their vehicles. It is akin to dentists saying you are not entitled to know what they are doing in your mouth.

Anyone else generally has a conflict of interest. Schools ran fine when the checks and balances were still in place, but when the unions funded and selected board members, things went to hell in a hurry.
Best barometer: who has professionally done signs in ludicrous profusion and also has the local MSM bending over backwards for them? Beware.

I heard this before on bannon war room. Someone was explaining this. How in the world would any parent want rights to that kind of aspect of there child’s life taken from them. Why would you want any rights to any aspect taken. They need to take a long hard look at who wrote this. It’s rather creepy what they are trying to do.
I used to hear people say that these are evil people trying to do this stuff and would think ok your going over board. But seeing stuff like this makes it hard to disagree.. Who is to say they don’t start pushing your child one way or another.

The problem is, these people don’t see themselves as evil.
They will viscously attack anyone who disagrees with them and laugh gleefully if they are able to get them fired and destroy their lives, then go home and sleep well. They have no problem living with themselves after the things they do.
I have done and said things when I was a child that I STILL feel awful about as a 60 year old. I didn’t MEAN to be bad or evil on purpose, I was just stupid- but I understand now how I hurt someone in a way I didn’t as a child.
Liberals completely lack that ability. They can be shown all the statistics of millions starved to death to implement socialism and still think it would be so nice to have it.
Some explicitly say they would be OK with killing millions of people, to achieve it. And see nothing wrong with that.
