Seen a lot of people talking about this stuff, but this video quotes a lot of respected sources. Scary stuff.

One lesson I learned from taking Nutrition 101 for my nursing prerequisites is this: You can survive for a long time on rice and beans. Stock up on rice and beans and yes, start a home garden.

I have a nice big greenhouse here on the farm... I have never used it. Now seems like a good time.

I know nothing about gardening, but I suppose I can figure something out... gardens were my late sister’s thing.

I have two wells here, one is a shallow well in a stone well-house and I need to figure out how to get a hand-pump installed in there...in case of a power failure.

I have a 1500gal water tank that can gravity feed to the house, I need to fill that....soon.

We live in interesting times...

I don't have access to any land, so I have a pretty good container garden going in my windows.

Some of y'all might consider that possibility.

You MUST Start a Garden NOW

Now? Can't I at least wait until the last frost day?

If you don't have a green thumb and a lot of space, go with mushrooms. Some are very nutritious and extremely easy to cultivate. Also, if it comes to that, looters might bypass your crop. Mushrooms don't look yummy. Some of the best ones look like, well, tree rot.

What’s all this about beer garden this and beer garden that?

Sounds interesting.

I think I’d like to start a beer garden. What do I have to do, just like, plant a bottle of Coors in the ground?
