Lindsay Graham is so stunning and brave. He is willing to go over there and take out Putin himself. He just said so. He certainly wouldn’t encourage someone else to take such a life-ending risk. We need to put him on the next plane immediately. Time is wasting.

Graham SHOULD be indicted for this! Putin is unstable, threatening everyone with nukes, and an American politician says he should be assassinated is not only unprofessional, but it’s dangerous and can instigate a response from Putin. This situation needs to deescalate and what graham said can only exacerbate this mess.
Do I agree with graham? Yes. But you and me can say things like that out loud. Public figures shouldn’t.

He was elected to his seat. In an ideal world that would make him an employee to his constituents as a public servant. When you’re an employee, you lose the rights to do certain things like not wearing a face burka or a host of other things an employer may not like while on the job.
He can say whatever the hell he wants when he’s not on tv, but once he goes on the air, he needs to be a little cooler headed

I would prefer public figures says their minds out loud and let the electorate decide if they should still be public figures. Stifling ones free speech just because he’s an elected figure is not a good solution. Should trump not tweet? Should Reagan not have said ‘Tear down this wall?’. Should we all cower in fear from other nations with nukes now after the world having nuclear weapons for 75+ years?
Yeah, I want my public figures to speak in tongues so I have no idea where they really stand...
