Status hearing now with Timothy Hale before Judge Trevor McFadden.
Hale has been imprisoned since January 2021; McFadden, a Trump appointee, has held Hale behind bars under pre-trial detention orders.
His trial is set for May 23, 2022.

Hale's original trial date was November 2021.

We are "amazingly" in a situation where well over a year later, DOJ does not have full discovery and has repeatedly misled the court on deadlines.
McFadden won't toll the Speedy Trial clock.

recent medical issue (bleeding from ear) which has caused hearing loss.
DC Gulag refused treatment.
McFadden wants to know if he notified DOJ, Hale atty says he's never had to go thru the government before to help client.
Also says he hasn't been able to see Hale for 5 weeks.

Yesterday I talked to a friend, his 13 year old granddaughter he just found out, has been talking about suicide. And a local 14 year old freshman just committed suicide.
I told him about the CDC changing the development guidelines for children and going backwards. They know they are hampering children’s development with all the mandates, and tried to sneak it by as if it didn’t even matter.

I NEVER thought I would see our rights taken away. Somebody needs to be accountable to why the Jan 6 prisoners are not getting The right to a speedy trial.
