files still have not been unloaded to the sharable database. They won't be available until April as they undergo "review."

DOJ addressing chronic issue of defendants in DC Gulag (where Hale is) not being able to see discovery. She blames it on Hale not signing protective order.

DOJ will file a superseding indictment in a "matter of weeks" to remove its lie that Kamala Harris was in the Capitol on January 6.

DOJ wants another exclusion from Speedy Trial clock; defense objects.

Hale's original trial date was November 2021.

Hale says he won't sign...

protective order. "I've waited a year, finally got access to my evidence, I feel ready to go to trial."

Hale says DOJ has withheld evidence against him.

"I believe it would be prudent to stop taking the prosecution at face value."

Says there is evidence of agitators...

in the crowd.

That was quite a burn.

McFadden denying DOJ in limine motion based on "an indictment we all know is incorrect."

McFadden says DOJ must show where Vice President was during the protest--this is another controversial matter. DOJ wants to prevent cross-ex of Secret

Service agents to confirm his whereabouts.

We are "amazingly" in a situation where well over a year later, DOJ does not have full discovery and has repeatedly misled the court on deadlines.

McFadden won't toll the Speedy Trial clock.

Hale atty tells McFadden of Hale's...

recent medical issue (bleeding from ear) which has caused hearing loss.

DC Gulag refused treatment.

McFadden wants to know if he notified DOJ, Hale atty says he's never had to go thru the government before to help client.

Also says he hasn't been able to see Hale for 5 weeks.

End of hearing.

Trial still set for May 23--which means Tim Hale, charged with no violent crime--will be incarcerated for more than 16 months before trial.

Political prisoners.

Despicable.

I NEVER thought I would see our rights taken away. Somebody needs to be accountable to why the Jan 6 prisoners are not getting The right to a speedy trial.
