Guy Reffitt has been in jail since he was arrested by the FBI nearly 14 months ago.
Reffitt, like dozens of Americans who protested the unlawful election of Joe Biden, isn’t in jail because he was convicted of a crime. Neither is Reffitt in jail because he has a criminal record—he does not—or a history of threatening his Bonham, Texas neighbors or community.
Instead, Reffitt has languished behind bars for more than a year because Joe Biden’s Justice Department asked a federal judge to keep him detained awaiting trial for his participation in the Capitol protest on January 6, 2021. Since then, more than 100 Americans, including several accused of no violent crimes, have been incarcerated under pre-trial detention orders sought by Attorney General Merrick Garland.
Constitutional rights such as the presumption of innocence, due process, the right to a speedy trial, and protection from cruel and unusual punishment have been stripped from January 6 defendants based on the Biden regime’s false premise that they are all “domestic terrorists” and “insurrectionists.” (None of the January 6 defendants has been charged with terrorism or insurrection.)
Now that the first trials are finally getting underway, the public can assess whether the government prosecutors and federal judges who created America’s first class of political prisoners were justified in doing so, or were shamefully complicit in Joe Biden’s vengeful prosecution of Donald Trump supporters.
Guy Reffitt is one of hundreds of protesters not charged with committing a violent crime on January 6. According to his initial indictment, Reffitt did not assault police officers—to the contrary, he was attacked by law enforcement with rubber bullets and mace—or vandalize any public property. In fact, he never even entered the Capitol building.

Where are the ANTIFA and BLM trials?
This may be a miscalculation on their part. Publicized show trials could lead to a genuine revolutionary situation.
AG Garland belongs in jail.
Looks to me like part of the answers to some of these injustices would be to place Merrick Garland into the general population of that prison.
What troubles me is no one I come into contact with on a daily basis, in the neighborhood, shopping, or at work for the past twelve months has ever even as much as mentioned what has happened to these Americans. Nor do I overhear anyone talking about it to anyone else. I have not even seen as much as a bumper sticker on any truck or car regarding January 6. It’s almost as though the jailing of these Americans as political prisoners for exercising their constitutional rights has been totally erased from the public consciousness.
But no matter. The DC elites and their media water-carriers have made certain that facts like that never appear before the public eye.

How can there be any trial if Nancy doesn’t release the surveillance footage??? All of it!!!

At this point we all know what it will take to enforce the Law…
They KNOW we’ll eat what ever turd sandwich they hand us.
This country desperately needs an association of the willing. Willing to do what’s right.
1.) You also probably haven't heard anybody whining about "the insurrection" either.
2.) People probably think that having a "Free the Jan 6 Protesters!" bumper sticker would lead to their own door being broken down in the dark of night and the FBI hauling them to priscon.
3.) If # 2 is true, then it explains why the government is doing what it is doing.
The J6 panel has 41 weeks to do their thing. Take out time for holiday breaks and they’re down to maybe 25 weeks. After that, the rinos are gone and shif is stripped.
How many folks are languishing in prison from jan 6? Where is the aclu? I guess black lives don’t matter if they are conservatives black lives.
No, most of "the public" will have no idea. See Tagline.
This article cites 100 prisoners while others have said 700 and more. Has the total been whittled down over time? Apparently these patriots are not only shunned by any name attorney wanting to keep their license but the press as well. You must know the ACLU is now the Anti-American Communist Leftist Utility. And only a few representatives have tried to help. Seems whatever power convinced nearly all of them to confirm a false election has also succeeded in keeping them from aiding these jailed constituents.
With the prosecutors (and obviously biased judges) making such weak cases you'd think lawyers would be lined up to represent - especially for the lucrative counter-suit. Further indication of a mighty intimidating force moving behind the scenes.

Exactly! that has been my thought all along- I kept seeing lawyers come on newsmax sounding like they were gonna ream the prosecutors a new one, but nothing ever came of their cases that I’m aware- their people are still in prisons
Something very evil is going on=- and liek you said- maybe the left have gotten even to the defense attorneys and scared the crap out of them too- or bought them off with soros money- Something stinks to high heaven-
