Few things in life give us greater pleasure than quenching our hunger with some freshly made fast food. But whether it's a bag of hot, crispy fries, a juicy burger, or a giant slushy, more often than not, you're signing up to indulge. And you can assume that the better something tastes, the more nutritionally devastating secrets it holds.
"These four things are contributors to heart disease when consumed in excess," Goodson explained. "And typically when foods are extremely high in these categories, they are likely low in fiber and other nutrients. A good rule of thumb is that if you are eating half your daily calories and more than half of the recommended daily fat and sodium intake in one item, it is likely not the best choice."
So, based on these standards, what is the unhealthiest fast-food item in America?
And the unhealthiest fast-food item is . . . Goodson pointed to both Wendy's Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger Triple and Shake Shack's Link Burger Triple as runner-ups, but ultimately it was the relatively new Burger King offering that took the crown. The Spicy Ch'King Deluxe Sandwich, which came out just last summer, is just about as unhealthy as an item can get. It rings in at 1,499 calories, 149 grams of total fat, and 4,755 milligrams of sodium.

I suppose some people eat this every day...but most...just for a break from the usual...it won’t make you die...puke?? maybe!!

Had this one when it was still on the flyer coupons weeks back, for $5. The retail was around $9. Every time they have the unhealthiest (insert burger), I tend to try them XD

Have you seen McDonald’s unhealthy menu? Cars lined up for it. I won’t wait in a long line for any food. They really push their high-priced desserts and breakfast rolls and muffins. The clearest items to read on the menu. . . . I have to confess; however, I do like my apple pie/senior coffee every once in a while.
Sometimes you just have to eat what you like. I would rather eat good food for 75 years over eating crap food for 80.
Did you try it? I just looked at some photos of that burger. Wow, I don’t think my jaws are big enough for that thing.
Is this Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger Triple, the same thing as the Bacon-nator?

Then I guess Hardee's Big Hardee Pulled Pork Cheeseburger and Onion Rings is HEALTHY!!!!!.....................

This Dietitian knows nothing about diet. The lettuce tomato and Chicken means very little. Its all fine for you. The bad things that are found in every fast food burger are the breading plus fry oil, the bun, and the special sauce. The bun is no worse than two slices of bread. Which is just like a donut. The fry oil may be very bad for you. But that is the same fry oil that does the Fries and every other chicken sandwich. The breading is likely nothing more than flour which leans another slice of bread. Then there is the sauce. Its likely salt and sugar in mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is probably Soy or corn oil whipped. So the sauce and frie oil is the worst part of this sandwich. The breading is a large part of very processed carbs. And the rest is fine.
This dietitian cares only about fat and calories. Which is not the problem with this meal. Coke has no fat. Its not good for you. Oreo’s are plant based, they are not good for you. A rib-eye has lots of calories, its great for you. Don’t listen to this guy. He is propaganda, and not concerned for your health.
