The Beginning (Barstow Truck Convoy)

After driving all night and half of the next day, I sat in the car, looking out at the scene of the People’s Convoy; dirt parking lots, lots of wind in excess of 45 mph, making whatever efforts I made to record or evaluate the crowd meaningless. When people can’t hear each other talk for the whistling of the wind, it’s difficult to do an interview and if I were like the others, who were only going to be there that day, I would have gotten the interviews anyway, but I’m with the convoy for the long haul.

At the end of that frustrating day, however, I felt as if none of it mattered. Yes, after all I had been through to get there, it felt empty, hollow, because I realized that when they decide to jail us all, the feds would sweep through without an ounce of resistance and the United States as a people would shrug and go about their business. As I thought about it more, sitting in the cold car, I realized that when this freedom is gone, the last bit of it while they gather all of their intelligence on who is there, where they are parked, what they are saying and soon, what they’re thinking, what will they have achieved but the death of everything that makes the world a unique and interesting place?

Government is a machine that searches for power, constantly on the prowl, tipping over trash cans, pushing on doors to see if they’re open, like a mechanical bear. It’s insatiable; always, always, more and more. Until it empties the world of creativity and innovation through enforced common thought. You don’t get both, sorry. One or the other, power or dynamic, free intelligence. So, it continues on, without thought, without inspiration. Government thinks that it’s supporting ingenuity and creativity because it looks for unique ways to achieve more power; all of human intelligence grinding along looking for that one extra ounce from some newly discovered source.

Our labor pays for their ability to censor us and force us closer and closer to our labor as the only value of a human being. The mind that can see their faults is not tolerated, so the mind that can create something beautiful is censored. It’s a constant, downward spiral that the governmental machine cannot see, feel or hear for the pounding of the pistons forming power from the raw freedom.

Good to read something from someone who gets it...

In short, what he is saying is:

The Communist Purge Continues To Grow Exponentially & Nothing Is Being Done About It!

The sheeple remain secure in the fetal position...

“They will not be allowed to enter DC.”

Do they plan to? I thought a place in VA near DC is the final destination.

Yes, and a huge Petro withe even more parking at the next exit past the Loves. Both are pretty big, but no way is the TA downtown , the Loves, and the Petro going to hold all those trucks. My wife just read they are going though golden valley? and having dinner at a pizza place that will only hold about ten trucks? lol

Someone did not scout this good enough... It is going to be a train wreck... I am just off I-40 right now with my radio on. I should be able to see them go by and get video on their way to Kingman. I hope... Will try... :)

Yes, it is an incremental, “progressive” loss of freedom. Most people don’t see it because much is cloaked in orchestrated crisis that requires the wratchet to go a few more clicks to the left and never to the right. Progressively and incrementally the frog sits calmly as it is nearing the boiling point where it is too late to jump out of the pot.

We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold.

As your attorney I advise you to drive quickly, but slow to a crawl when you get to DC.

They don’t need to enter DC and probably wouldn’t get far if they try. The Biden Regime has brought in the DC National Guard and erected fences near The Capitol. Even if they go into DC, they’ll be stuck with nowhere to go.

Better to flare out as they approach DC and jam up the 10 or 12 bridges that cross the Potomac and Anacostia Rivers and turn DC into a ghost town. Shut down the Interstates and major highways in the area so the Deep State members living in Virginia and Southern Maryland can’t leave their homes without spending the entire day in snarls of traffic. They’ll quickly learn who needs who. Hint: The truckers and the American people don’t need them.

I agree with your evaluation. I have no input into the plans so all I can do is observe and comment. But, if DC was shut down and people saw their lives improve then it could be an eye opening event for many people.

Barstow/Adelanto is their
Starting point which has Alot of Empty space.
Kingman was a surprise for a First stop.
To bad we are Snowed in, I’m not going anywhere this
Week. Couple inches of Powder really discourages me even though I’m a Great
Flag Waving SOB!

Last stop is Hagerstown, MD. Not going into DC. Just heard that from a participant on War Room two minutes ago. He said there may be more “militant” convoy offhshoots, but the main one from CA ends in MD.

We have snow here too. But the tires on the road has made clean tracks. They are good to go, as long as they have driven on snow and ice before. :)

Grants pass NM is where they might have an issue. We had two different man and wife couple team drivers freeze to death one winter on Grants pass. Just could not get any fuel to them and they ran out.

It was all on me... I was the only one that had phone comms up for the whole national company and the local 3rd party delivery were stuck in the snow. This stuff ain’t no joke....

No sleeping bags, foolish... Or I could have saved them...
