As freedom-lovers justifiably recoil at Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s crackdown, Americans worry it could happen here. They’re too late. It already has.
In a recent court motion, Joe Biden’s Justice Department changed the official name of its investigation into the protest at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Originally designated the “Capitol breach” probe, the department just replaced “breach” with a more sinister word: siege.
“The ‘Capitol Siege’ refers to the events of January 6, 2021, when thousands of individuals entered the U.S. Capitol and U.S. Capitol grounds without authority, halting the Joint Session and the entire official proceeding of Congress for hours,” Matthew Graves, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, wrote in a footnote to a February 10 filing. Graves commended Capitol and D.C. Metro police for “clear[ing] the Capitol of rioters” that afternoon.
But courtroom rhetoric isn’t the only thing Graves is heating up. The Justice Department has opened a “Capitol Siege Section” in the agency’s criminal division and wants to hire at least 20 more lawyers to help prosecute Americans for any involvement in what happened on January 6. Qualified attorneys will be employed on a temporary basis and could earn as much as $176,000 per year.
“Capitol siege” prosecutors will complement an army of thousands of Justice Department employees, including FBI agents from 56 field offices across the country, handling what Attorney General Merrick Garland warned is the biggest investigation in the department’s history. More than 730 people have been arrested so far—amounting to more than three times the number of federal arrests related to the 2020 “mostly peaceful” riots that lasted for months and resulted in far more death and destruction—and the first major trial of a January 6 defendant starts next week.

If Republicans can take back the House and Senate in 2022, will they have the baxkbone to investigate the hoaxes and make a huge show out of it like the ‘RATs do?
They won’t.

It has been here for a while. It would have been accomplished in 2016 if Clinton was elected. Trump presidency woke the silent majority up. The USA can flip one way or the other. It will be interesting the next few months with the emergency powers still live and well. Hope it is not too late. Never thought in my wildest dreams I would see this occurring.
If enough RINOs are defeated in this year's primaries and are replaced with constitutional patriots, then the answer is "yes."
And this has been under-reported by the lamestream media. They have stories about how the Midterms are going to be bad on the Rats, but barely a mention about the RINO purge that is coming. There was one article about how it's unfolding in Texas yesterday. I think the big story is that MAGA candidates are going to replace the RINO traitors in numbers that eclipse was the Tea Party accomplished. The Tea Party didn't have a Trump.
And when the RINO purge is in full swing, expect lamestream stories about how the GOP has been lost to the "crazies."
Hopefully if Trump is elected President again his first act will be to give amnesty to everyone there. His second act should be to fire every single person he can.

I seriously doubt the Republicans will take either house. In fact, I think after the 2022 farce of an election, the Republican party will be as dead as Marley’s ghost.
The first order of business will be investigating the investigators. Those bastards on the Jan 6 panel are going to be burned at the stake. They want an inquisition, they are going to get one in spades where they will have to answer for their treachery.
We will also find out the origins to the WUHAN Chinese virus. Fauci is going to be put on death row.
The 2020 coup plotters will be smoked out (democrat AND republican pukes).
In 18 months from today (unless Puppet Biden blows up the entire world) you are going to see many thousands of these traitors in jail, awaiting their execution. /spit.

As positive as I would like to believe, this will be the case. Even if they do, they will revel in this new found power over the people and Constitution just as much as the Democrats are. And if they try to repair anything the courts will just block it.
Only of we replace EVERY Bush League Republican.

I’d agree, the lesser of evils is no longer a choice for many conservatives.
Just because the other guy is a terrible, dishonest, traitorous, despicable liar does not mean your GOPe congressperson can be trusted to do anything good in the long run.
One only needs to ask the question, why did the dems take over so quickly last time, or the time before that, or even before that? Hussein was slammed to overturn that healthcare fiasco which remains, the GOPe did nothing about that. Or Bush’s energy fiasco bill that closed many of the factories and sent all the jobs to the chicoms and started the avalanche.
