The Portland Police Department alone could crush Antifa. But their hands are tied by a Soros DA who refuses to charge and prosecute these lunatics, even after they're caught red handed.
Then there's the Mayor of Portland and the Governor of Oregon. They see Antifa, and it's fellow travelers, as part of their political base. So even if you had a DA who was determined to prosecute these delinquents, he would get zero top cover from the state and local governments.

If it was a white, middle class homeowner, we would know a lot. Reporters would have gone up and down the street getting interviews with neighbors. But in this case, nothing. An informational vacuum.
My suspicion is that Antifa got into a firefight with a drug dealer who didn’t like them hanging out in front of his residence.
Trouble in one or a few cites do not make a civil war.

If you think that a civil war only involves kinetic events in a ‘few’ cities think this antifa engagement in Portland and you ignore the purposeful lawfare and information warfare acts of war as part of this civil war, along with many other fronts (Jan 6th, covid lockdowns, massive national debt etc), than you suffer from clear normalcy bias.
Always be able to develop firepower superiority as soon as possible. I stand with the homeowners.
