When questioned, the father admitted to using a multi-wave band jammer to deprive his kid of internet connectivity as they were “addicted” to social media.

He could have set the privacy or parental controls on the device; instead he went nuclear and bought an illegal jammer.
Either he’s incredibly dumb and can’t google something like “parental controls” -or- he’s using this as an excuse for deploying the jammer.

I love it. I’d like to see the whole damn Internet go dark. Sorry, Freepers, I love ya but this Internet thingy has caused more chaos in 25 years than everything else that came before it. 95% of it is shit, and I don’t like the idea of my face, health records, and personal data floating around in some NSA/Google cloud somewhere. They probably know more about me now than I know about myself. We could use a good Neo/Trinity team to fix up our overlords.
