The first incident leading to his arrested occurred around 3 a.m. Feb. 13, when patrol officers observed a man...pacing in a parking lot near the intersection of Colorado and Louise streets...then observed Langdon run out of the lot and across a crosswalk against a solid “Don’t Walk” sign.

Langdon was arrested on suspicion of obstruction. Prior to being booked, Langdon requested medical attention and was transported to the hospital for treatment. Langdon was issued a notice to appear in court at a later date and released at the hospital.
9:30 a.m., officers responded to a business on the 1400 block of E. Chevy Chase Drive regarding a man who was trespassing.

If at first you don’t succeed, try try again.
Sometimes you can just look at a guy and tell he’s going to do every single thing he can think of to go to jail that night.
Makes wonder what the record is.
The guy just wants three hots and a cot... And perhaps a shower wouldn’t hurt either.

ROFL!! Stop in the name of...everyone who has eyes.
Cops are on contract. Doesn’t cost to arrest them. Jail and you gotta feed them. If the perp hurts someone else it’s on the cops and they find a way to cya with the best of them.

“If the perp hurts someone else it’s on the cops”
Why do you say that? They arrested him 3 times.
Ok then-what happened the FIRST time. Was it bad enough to keep him locked up? I don’t think so. The details are not important unless they get the cops in hot water-unlikely.
Needs to up his game. I read the other day of a thug who was arrested 16 times in 24 hours.
Beat that!
