Every foreign doctor who doesnt graduate from an American university needs to go back to school for more training when they arrive here. We make teachers do that just state to state.

Years ago that was a requirement for foreign doctors why not now ???

Plus doctors, nurses, attorneys, other professions need a license permit from the state they wish to work in.

I cant even move to another state and drive without a license from that state within 30 days. Nor vote ...
